1. Introduction

This Buyer Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (“Buyer,” “User,” “You”) and Tejarat Bazaar (“Company,” “We,” “Us”), regarding your purchase of goods or services through the marketplace located at tejaratbazaar.com.

By creating an account or purchasing items on our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Platform: “As-Is” Marketplace

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Tejarat Bazaar is strictly a venue—an online marketplace— that connects Buyers with independent third-party Vendors.

We Are Not the Seller: When you buy an item on Tejarat Bazaar, you are buying directly from an independent Vendor, not from Tejarat Bazaar.

No Possession: We do not manufacture, store, inspect, or ship the products listed on our site.

No Endorsement: The listing of a product does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of its quality, safety, or legality by Tejarat Bazaar.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that you use this site and transact with Vendors at your own risk.

3.1. Product Quality and Safety

Tejarat Bazaar is not responsible for:
• The condition, quality, safety, or legality of items sold.
• The truth or accuracy of listing descriptions or photos provided by Vendors.
• Any physical harm, injury, or property damage caused by a product purchased through the site.

We do not verify or vet every product listing. It is your responsibility to read descriptions carefully and research the Vendor.

3.2. Fraud and Non-Delivery

We facilitate the connection, but we do not guarantee the performance of any Vendor. Tejarat Bazaar is not liable for:
• Items that are not delivered by the Vendor.
• Items that are significantly different from their description (scams).
• Fraudulent conduct by third-party Vendors.

While we may offer tools to report bad actors, we do not offer insurance or guarantees against financial loss resulting from a transaction with a Vendor.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

As a Buyer on Tejarat Bazaar, you agree to:
• Due Diligence: Research the Vendor (ratings, reviews, policies).
• Payment: Pay for items you purchase.
• Communication: Communicate professionally with Vendors to resolve issues.

5. Dispute Resolution and Release

Tejarat Bazaar is not a party to your transaction.

If you have a dispute with a Vendor (e.g., shipping, refunds, product quality), you must resolve it directly with the Vendor.

Release: You release Tejarat Bazaar (and our officers, directors, agents, and employees) from all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or connected with such disputes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
• Use the site to defraud Vendors.
• Harass or threaten Vendors.
• Make false claims or chargebacks without valid cause.

7. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
