1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Vendor,” “Seller,” “You”) and Tejarat Bazaar (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”), the operator of the marketplace located at tejaratbazaar.com.

By registering as a Vendor, listing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not sell on our platform.

2. Platform Nature: “Marketplace Only”

CRITICAL NOTICE: Tejarat Bazaar operates strictly as an online marketplace (a “Venue”). We provide the technical infrastructure to allow third-party Vendors to list and sell items to Buyers.

We are NOT a retailer, distributor, or manufacturer. We do not take possession of goods, store inventory, or physically handle the products listed on our site. We are not a party to the actual transaction between Buyers and Vendors.

3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tejarat Bazaar expressly disclaims all liability regarding the transactions conducted on this site.

3.1. No Responsibility for Products

We are not responsible for, and make no representations regarding:
• The quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.
• The truth or accuracy of the listings or Vendor content.
• The ability of Vendors to sell items or the ability of Buyers to pay for items.
• Any physical injury or property damage resulting from products sold by Vendors.

All products are sold directly by the Vendor. Any warranty, guarantee, or promise of quality is the sole responsibility of the Vendor, not Tejarat Bazaar.

3.2. Non-Liability for Scams or Fraud

While we strive to maintain a safe environment, Tejarat Bazaar:
• Does not guarantee the identity of any user.
• Shall not be liable for losses resulting from scams, fraudulent misrepresentation, non-delivery of goods, or chargebacks.

Users interact with other users at their own risk. We strongly advise using caution and common sense.

3.3. Service Interruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from technical issues or downtime.

4. Vendor Representations and Warranties

By listing products on Tejarat Bazaar, you represent and warrant that:
• Ownership: You legally own all goods listed and have the right to sell them.
• Legality: Your products comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe intellectual property rights.
• Accuracy: Your product listings, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and not misleading.
• Fulfillment: You are solely responsible for timely order packaging, shipping, and delivery.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tejarat Bazaar, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, damages, or legal fees arising from:
• Your breach of this Agreement.
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights (including IP rights).
• Disputes between you and Buyers.
• Any injury or damage caused by products you sell.

6. Disputes Between Buyers and Vendors

Because Tejarat Bazaar is not a party to transactions:
We are not responsible for resolving disputes regarding shipping, quality, or refunds.

Release: In the event of a dispute with one or more users, you release Tejarat Bazaar from all claims, demands, and damages of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of or connected with such disputes.

7. Prohibited Items

We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion. Vendors selling prohibited items—including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or adult content—will be banned and may be reported to law enforcement.

8. Modifications to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
