2. User Eligibility

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

• Provide timely delivery
• Respond to complaints
• Follow Pakistan’s tax & consumer laws

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide correct delivery details
• Pay for orders
• Avoid fraud or false claims

5. Prohibited Items

Prohibited product listings include:

• Illegal goods
• Weapons
• Fake/counterfeit products
• Stolen items
• Drugs or restricted items
• Intellectual property violations

6. Product Listings

Listings must:

• Be accurate and honest
• Use real images
• Follow Pakistan’s legal guidelines

TejaratBazaar may remove or edit listings without notice.

7. Payments

Supported payment methods may include:

• COD
• Bank transfers
• Card payments
• Wallet payments

Payment disputes may be handled by vendors and payment processors.

8. Platform Limitations

TejaratBazaar is not responsible for:

• Quality of products
• Delivery delays
• Misconduct of users
• Incorrect information posted by vendors
• Financial loss caused by third parties

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Illegal activities
• Terms violation

10. Governing Law

All terms follow laws of Pakistan:
